OAY003: Alinovsky / Made to measure for Maison Josefa

In late 2021 I was invited at a small reunion by Helder Wasterlain who released to albums of spoken words with music on my label Off.
He introduced me to the Josefa Foundation and I immediately connected with the place and the people.
They wanted to organise an event for the 10 years of the Foundation and were looking for ideas.
Helder and I proposed a work that would combine interviews and little pieces of pre recorded noises from the place.
We recorded a lot of those in an afternoon in November 2021, from all over the place.
I then started to edit and mix the sounds in order to make 8 tracks and I added a 9th one combining all the 8 tracks into 1.
We had to postpone the event due to covid but it finally took place the last day of June 2022 with more than 160 people attending.

Clark, Alan Rankine, Antena and Benjamin Lew among others.
